Amy Kho

Amy Kho is a a partner in the banking and finance department at the London office of international law firm Jones Day since 2013. Her practice focus is cross-border financing transactions in Western and Central Europe, including acquisition finance, project finance, structured finance and secured and unsecured lending. She also has experience in capital market transactions, securitisation, asset-backed financing, trade finance, and secondary debt trading. She acts on behalf of investment banks as finance providers and has also acted for borrowers and sponsors.

Amy read Law at the University of Western Australia in 1996 and also obtained her Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance there in 1998. She qualified as a solicitor in 2002 and prior to joining Jones Day worked in the banking and finance department of Magic Circle law firm Clifford Chance. During her time at Clifford Chance she spent eleven months on secondment to JPMorgan Chase Bank in London.
