Rajinder Bassi

Rajinder Bassi has been a partner at international law firm Kirkland & Ellis since 2005 and is based in the International Litigation and Arbitration Group in the London office.  She has represented multinational corporations and Government entities in both institutional and ad-hoc arbitrations and has significant experience representing clients involved in cross-border litigation before the High Court as well as conducting internal investigations on a global basis. She is recognised as a leading international arbitration lawyer in Chambers and Partners and the Legal 500.  

Rajinder, who graduated from the University of Sheffield in 1993, was formerly a senior associate in Shearman and Sterling’s International Arbitration Group in London. Her pro-bono work has included a death-row case in Trinidad and Tobago.
