Sarah Austin has been the Principal at Austins Solicitors in London since 2004, specialising in complex probate, including foreign assets and liabilities, drafting and explaining trusts and debt collection and litigation. She also holds Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners qualifications, for practitioners in the fields of trusts, estates and related issues, in both the UK and offshore jurisdictions.

Since 2010 she has been a member of the Law Society's Equality and Diversity Committee, which considers and guides the Law Society on equality, diversity and inclusion issues. Sarah is also one of the Law Society Council members dedicated to women's interests and is Chair of the Lexcel Panel.  She obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from Schiller International University in 1991 and graduated in Law from the Guildhall University in 1994.
