Sheldon Mills is the Director of Mergers for the UK’s Office of Fair Trading (OFT) where he is responsible for the management of the OFT’s competition, markets and consumer policy work, including the day-to-day delivery of the OFT’s merger caseload, management of the mergers group and representing the OFT externally. Prior to joining the OFT, Sheldon worked as a senior associate at King and Wood Mallesons' (formerly SJ Berwin) competition team, advising a range of clients in merger and antitrust matters, involving antitrust agencies worldwide in private practice.

He qualified as a solicitor in the UK and holds a law degree from King’s College, London. Sheldon is listed in the Inaugural General Counsel Power List 2013 in the Public sector.
