In 2015, Trevor was working on a second edition of The Smarter Legal Model: more from less. His global business model is being taught at Harvard Law School and has been the subject of legal conferences and journals worldwide, including New York, Montreal, London, Moscow and Sydney.

Trevor, who was the Global Leader and Partner (Legal Services) at EY Global (formerly Ernst & Young) until 2014, now operates within its Legal Transformation and Management department, advising legal professionals on legal transformation and managment. He was previously the Global General Counsel of the company between 2009 and 2012 – responsible for 400 lawyers and staff worldwide and handling a budget of several hundred million dollars a year.

The company, with its HQ in London, was the third largest professional services firms in the world by aggregated revenue in 2014 and one of the Big Four audit firms.

During his 24-year career, Trevor has held posts as the Vice-President and General Counsel of Tyco International EMEA, Legal Director of Dell Computer EMEA and Senior Counsel of Apple Computer EMEA.

His numerous accolades include being a member of The Times law panel (advisory body of 100 top lawyers); Harvard Law School guest lecturer and case study subject;  The Lawyer In-House Counsel of the Year; The Financial Times Innovative Lawyer of the Year Commendation (twice); Legal Business Team of the Year; The Lawyer HR Awards Team of the Year; Legal Business Global Power List (the world's top 25 corporate counsel); Black Solicitors Network Lawyer of the Year and Powerlist of the nation's most influential black people.

 Trevor read Law at Queen Mary College, University of London and was called to the Bar (Middle Temple) in 1988.

He is a volunteer for the London Schools and the Black Child and Entrepreneurs in Action.
